LEMON BROOKE has earned experience in the commercial office market by working with owners and developers that are interested in taking tired, suburban industrial building complexes/office buildings and re-positioning them for appeal in the current market. This is a fine balance between leasing strategies, design intent and budget. In every case, the landscape plays a very large part in creating spaces that appeal to both future employees and corporate owners, as well as helping these often over-looked sites meet stricter environmental expectations. They are diamonds in the rough waiting to shine, just like this project for a new Barclays campus.

 

At 525, 000 square feet, this large site in Whippany, New Jersey will be transformed into a world-class campus for technology, operations and functional teams for the internationally recognized financial institution. Outside of the hustle and bustle of nearby New York City, the site is set within the forest and has access to trail heads for hiking and biking.  Landscape features includes a Village Green for recreational activities and special events, An amphitheater for large organized gatherings, a kitchen garden for outdoor dining, and an outdoor athletic space complete a collection of amenities for employees that make the campus an enjoyable place to come to work everyday..
