This new, 23-unit multi-family building, adjacent to Central Square in Cambridge, helps to meet an unprecedented demand for more housing in the region. This for-rent building features studio spaces, one-, two- and three-bedroom units in a four-story package. Meeting the City of Cambridge requirements on the exterior, for utilities, pedestrian circulation, bike parking and open space meant that the site design was more akin to the design of a boat than a residential project.  The rear of the site features a generous community terrace, BBQ area, tables and chairs as well as covered bike parking and a native planting palette.
