Esprit Park

San Francisco, California

This 3-acre, 142 unit residential project located in the Dog Patch district of San Francisco is partially a renovation project of the old Esprit Administrative Headquarters and new building construction. The project includes a series of on-structure landscape courtyards, roof terraces and an alley that retains car parking and provides a seamless pedestrian connection from the retail edge of the project to the existing Esprit Park.

Borrowing from the rich history of the project, the landscape character maintains an industrial aesthetic while incorporating many sustainable measures such as: permeable paving, recycled materials from the project, imported recycled materials, captured storm water runoff, low-water plant species and a water-efficient irrigation system.
