The Marin Commons is a 30 acre office park renovation project designed for the Hines Development Corporation.  LEMON BROOKE's take on the  landscape design shows a broad, bold and simple approach to help re-position Marin Commons in the Marin County office market. The proposed plant palette is more sensitive to current County water requirements, they require less maintenance and resonate better with the casual feel and color of the Marin landscape.  Notably, the entry to the project is marked on both sides by bold strokes of Mexican feather grasses providing a foundation for the new illuminated vertical sculpture elements that announce the new presence of the office park to passers by on both foot and in vehicles.
