Hines formed a partnership to develop Parcel F, a proposed tower that will include over 1 million square feet with 325,000 square feet of office space, 165 condominium units, and a 190-key hotel. At 800 feet, Pacel F will be the last sleek, super-tall building in downtown San Francisco for the foreseeable future and the final project that can directly connect the Salesforce Transit Center Rooftop Park via a pedestrian sky bridge.

LEMON BROOKE is part of a large and complex team of consultants on the project and is leading the landscape design for the ground level, numerous outdoor terraces, and a roof top amenity deck at level 62.
