This residence rests along the east facing hills of Sausalito with views to Angel Island and San Francisco.  The steep site topography naturally dictates a series of interesting experiences and intimate spaces.  The intimately designed spaces are tucked into the preserved oak woodland landscape informed by the building architecture and program.   A permeable wood deck wraps around the house, opening and closing into lounging and transitional spaces before terminating at the yard below including a play lawn, bbq, pool, and spa.  A small garden at the entry greets visitors while an adjacent water feature draws attention to the distant views.
